where is my order confirmation?

We encourage you to check all email folders. Sometimes our confirmations show up in junk mail. If you still cannot locate it, please email us: cs@tastcoffee.co

What is your roasting and shipping schedule? 

Our coffees are roasted and shipped to all customers on Thursdays. If your order is placed after our shipping day, it will be included in the next shipment to ensure optimal freshness. 

Do you have a coffee shop? 

No. Our coffees are currently only available exclusively through our website and at select retail partners.

When will my Subscription order ship? 

Based on the frequency selected upon checkout. Your order will be shipped with the schedule allocated to ensure you receive a fresh cup. 

DO YOU ALL SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

We are working on it. As soon as we have updates we will let you all know.
